Returns policy
MERCHANDISING: items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 7 days, which starts on the day you received the item. We cannot take responsibility of any returned item if they do not meet the requirements above mentioned.
SPARE PARTS: we do not accept returns for electrical & electronic material. Fort he rest of spare parts, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 48 hrs, which starts on the day you received the item. We cannot take responsibility of any returned item if they do not meet the requirements above mentioned.
Motorsab will take care of shipping costs for returned items on condition that they meet the requirements above mentioned.
